is there any identifier I can put in the form to link all its children with the "button" or "input submit"

For example, the default behavior of my html is: when I press submit input, both the "text" and "checkbox" fields will be reset/cleared to their default.

In this case, I would like that when clicking on "submit", only the "text" field would be applied by default (clean), while nothing would influence the "input" of the "checkbox" type.

At first, I thought that if I created two "" and separated them, the "submit" of the first "form" would not influence anything in the second "form", but this was not the behavior.
